Debbie Krysak was very good to brainstorm ideas and always have solutions for repairs, allocation of expenditures, and knowing what was vital to sale a property without investing too much money up front; leaving areas to help with negotiation if needed & what may be important to the buyer if an offer were made on how to improve the sale. She had ready names & numbers for people to help with pest control, surveys, appraisals, repairs, etc. and shared them.
I depended on Debbie to guide me through the realtor process of what was needed and how I could more effectively sale my property for maximum benefit.
If I need real estate assistance, I would Debbie Krysak again and let her handle the sale of the property I have. Real estate is a tuff business, especially in negotiations and at times very intense! It is not my calling! Would definitely let a Debbie Krysak at Fickling handle any sales than on my own! Debbie covered it all!

Debbie grew up in Atlanta, Georgia attending Atlanta Public Schools; graduating from Sylvan Hills High School. She later attended Gordon College studying Business for 2 years. She attended Macon State College for her Real Estate licensing training. Debbie has 12 years of experience in Banking during her employment at Monroe County Bank, after which she spent 3 years working at Woodfield Academy. After acquiring her license in 2003, she chose Fickling & Company as the Broker to practice Real Estate with. Her business is focused on Home & Land sales.
